Destruction

Every time a new building goes in the place of an old one, they don't start building up from the old one. That would be fruitless. Instead, they tear the other one down. Start from scratch. I doubt that the tearing-down-process is pleasant. Dust in flying around, back-breaking work takes place, and it can sometimes be a long process. It's all done behind yellow, thick fences. But then the new, shiny building goes up for all to see. You suddenly see that all of the breaking and destruction and dirt was worth it.
I think that just maybe, that's how God works in us =)
