Don't you just love the weather? Well, I probably shouldn't be saying that; as far as I know, you're reading this from Alaska or Antartica right now =) but I think I'll take the chance. Illinois is beautiful today...perfect sleeping weather. Too bad I have a 300 point test on Thursday and about 5 projects due on Monday.
Our youth group has been doing a lot of fund-raising lately for the Osage Misisons Trip we're taking in late July. It's so amazing to see how God blesses us. In only one short month, we've raised half our money (just so you know, that's a lot, considering over 20 students are going). Pretty sweet.
There's only 18 (roughly) days of school left. I'm so ready for freshman (aka fresh-meat) year to be over. The days have gone by agonizingly slow, as well as the weeks, but I can't believe the year isn't far from being 1/2 over. Think about what we could be doing; time goes by so quickly, and every moment is useful.
We all know the saying: Everything that you have truly isn't yours; it's God's. And it's so true. And it includes time. Every single moment is not yours to waste; God has a purpose and a plan for that moment and He wants you to use it wisely. Time is a funny thing, isn't it?
